As Co-Creator and Co-EP, I developed this adult animated pilot for Netflix and engineered a high-speed production pipeline to deliver premium animation on a radically compressed schedule and budget.
Storyboards: Slashed boarding time to just 5 weeks total for a 24-minute pilot.
Design: Utilized in-house leads to guide vendor artists, delivering faster, cost-effective assets without sacrificing visual quality.
Animation: Introduced a new acting launch workflow and near-daily feedback loop, cutting animator retakes to an unprecedented single round with only a few retakes.
Backgrounds: Employed an innovative CG painting technique that rendered sets per shot while retaining a rich, hand-painted aesthetic.
Editorial & Review: Streamlined the sequence-based process to accelerate executive notes and approvals.
